  Brooke: They always send the same team. They will spike the rugs, move furniture to roll them up and take them out, easy to get a COI, on time and know what they are doing. the onsite cleaning is very thorough and the pet stain removal is really good. They do also cut new rug pads at request.

Sarah: Through 7 years of frequent collaboration on a previous job, I learned that there is no one I'd rather entrust fine textiles to than Rug Renovating. My contact, Laura Endicott, has always been lovely to work with and is very responsive to email and cell phone calls. Her team is prompt, professional, knowledgeable and thorough, and taught me a bunch about proper care of fine fabrics! Whether they're removing stains and protecting installed carpet, carefully cleaning a uniquely textured sofa or chair, or removing a fine rug for careful cleaning, they are at the top of their game. I <3 them so.
